These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that organization — “you” or “Customer”) and networkngn, Inc. governing your access to and use of DataInside (the “Service”).
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
DataInside is a B2B sales-intelligence platform providing company and contact data, buying-intent signals, data enrichment, list-building, and outreach tooling. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. Some features may be offered as beta or early-access and may change or be withdrawn.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

When you access, export, upload or otherwise process personal data through the Service for your own purposes, you act as an independent data controller and are responsible for your processing. You represent and warrant that you have a valid lawful basis to use such data, that you will provide any required notices and honor data-subject rights and opt-outs, and that you will maintain appropriate security. You are responsible for the content and legality of data you upload or import, and you grant us the rights needed to provide the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and the compiled database (excluding your own uploaded content), is owned by networkngn, Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Service.
Some plans are free or offered on a trial/beta basis; paid plans (if any) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing or plans on reasonable notice, effective at your next billing cycle. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may perform maintenance or updates. Beta or early-access features are provided “as is,” may be unstable, and may be changed or removed at any time.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular use, and you are responsible for verifying it before you rely on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, networkngn, Inc. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless networkngn, Inc. and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and networkngn, Inc. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes may be notified through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
